The Complete Exam Patient Info Screen

The Patient Info Screen:
So intuitive and so easy to view important patient info at a glance

Quickly view the patient's chart number, which doctor and hygienist he or she prefers to see, the date of that patient's first visit and how many times he or she has visited your office. All that information is filled in automatically by the program as patient records are populated.
Under patient notes, general conversation information can be logged (i.e. kid's names, favorite sports teams, etc.). By default these notes are hidden, but when notes are available, the box under the Patient Notes headline will appear yellow, as it does above. If there are no notes, then the box will be gray.
Under medical alerts, important drug information or physical conditions can be noted. This too is hidden as a default. If there are notes present, the box will appear light red. If there are no notes, then the box will be gray.
Patient Info Screen is view only to prevent accidental erasures or changes. Information on the patient screen can be changed only by clicking on edit patient.
By clicking the Print Walk-Out Form button, a summary is generated that is suitable to submit to insurance companies, and provides a summary for the patient of the procedures and charges done that day.
The front desk does not have to open the patient's clinical chart at all. All they have to do is open the patient's file and the walk-out form will be accessible immediately.
