What if I decide later to stop using The Complete Exam ?
We don't think you will. But, if you do, and decide to end your subscription, you will lose nothing. For the rest of your life, you will be able to use the program to view any work you have put in, without restriction, and print it. The only thing you won't be able to do is add new information without resuming the $195 per month subscription charge. We feel that you own your data, and we will never hold it hostage to extort additional payments from you.

If I have a digital x-ray program or other imaging program, what does it cost for bridges from those dental software programs to The Complete Exam?
Nothing. We feel that bridging between The Complete Exam and other dental software programs only enhances our software – and we don't feel that's something we should charge for.

How many computers can I use your software on?
You may load our dental software onto as many workstations as you like in your office, in your home, or wherever. The license subscription is personal to you, not the machinery. In multi-doctor offices, there are discounts for second and subsequent providers. Hygienists are not considered providers for subscription purposes, so you could have two or three hygienists working for you and put the program on fifteen computers in your office for the cost of one subscription.

Is it really possible to have a paperless office?
With our dental software it is. All charts, x-rays, photos, documents, notes, etc. can be stored in our encrypted data base, providing a complete patient record that resides all in one place.
