The Clinical Notes Screen:
Automatically Updated when Changes are Made to Your Patient's Restorative Chart

With the Complete Exam, you can specify the program's preferences and select that changes made to the restorative chart will automatically update the clinical notes. This feature reduces the amount of manual recordkeeping done in your office, allowing more time to work with patients and complete procedures.
The clinical notes preferences can be tailored to your needs. Common procedures and conditions can be coded so that information can be entered by mouse, light pen, or touch screen, nearly eliminating time spent at the keyboard.
Clinical notes are legally locked and archived when you close the patient's chart, so they become a true legal record that cannot be modified later.
Each doctor in an office can have his or her own custom settings for quick data entry.
