Exam Technologies International, Inc. has a management team highly experienced in dentistry and medical records.  The CEO of the company is a registered dental hygienist who has been successfully consulting with dental offices for several years.  Her knowledge of the clinical needs and work flow of a dental office, together with her extensive experience helping offices greatly increase their productivity, are key components of our development efforts.    Her experience in training offices in the utilization of several software products in the past helps us develop better user interfaces, making the program more intuitive and easy to learn and use.

Our Founder and President has worked in software development for over fifteen years, and specifically with dental software for more than ten years.  Having attended numerous continuing education classes on operative dentistry uniquely qualifies him to understand the clinical needs of a dental practice, and his ten years of selling software, hardware and training services to dental practices have exposed him to many different types of practices.  Assessing and organizing the knowledge gained from these experiences has resulted in a completely new concept in clinical software that truly enables the paperless office that others talk about but can not deliver in any reasonably efficient or legally sufficient manner.

Our Director of Programming is highly experienced in developing intuitive and easy to use, reliable software.  His MBA degree and his experience as the CFO of a hospital, where he wrote the program that manages their home health care division, make him particularly aware of the medico-legal requirements of an electronic patient record, including the privacy aspects of the data.  His experience has enabled us to develop our program to satisfy even the most stringent legal recording requirements while maintaining full privacy of records with all patient information and images fully encrypted in our secure database.
